This file is a comprehensive, real property list sourced from the county recorder and assessor records designed to help you target prospects that own real estate. It is built on a bi-monthly basis and comprised of more than 45 million U.S. households and more than 50 million U.S. property owners. This file is checked against the USPS National Change of Address database on a monthly basis to ensure the highest possible list deliverability. You should expect about 95%-97% deliverability from this database.

This database can be utilized for new homeowner offers, prospecting for PMI insurance users, refinancing prospects and mortgage lead generation. There are over 40 unique selects.
